Objective: To investigate the difference of chemical bonds between urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA) bonding agents with ethanol solvent and acetone on dentin collagen. Material Methods: This experimental comparison study used three groups: G1 (Control): UDMA collagen; G2: UDMA, collagen ethanol; G3: acetone. The groups were then pelleted analysed FTIR, peak value carbonyl absorption band from each group was calculated. result FTIR analysis (P) calculated using formula: P = (BC / AB) X 100; AB.
